We do our best to ship all in-stock items within 1-2 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once shipped you will receive an email that contains your order tracking. Glove services and break-ins have extended turnaround times, see below.
Break-In, Repairs and Glove Cleaning, Conditioning & Relacing Services
Once we receive your glove, our team needs 10-14 days to complete the full service.
This timeframe includes cleaning, conditioning, relacing, reshaping, and quality checks before return shipping.
We work hard to deliver high-quality professional glove services. Because everything involves hands-on craftsmanship times may vary.
Pre-Order Items
Some items on our website may be marked as Pre-Order. If so, we will display approximate shipping times on the product page.
Customer Shipping Responsibilities (Glove Services Only)
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their glove to us.
Return shipping back to you is included in your service cost unless otherwise specified.

Tracking information is provided as soon as your package ships.
